AMC Services:
· Periodic inspection visit, panel performance analysed methodically and in detail.
· 24/7 breakdown assistance & trouble shooting at any given time.
· Reprogramming of timers, digital meters, voltage & current settings as required.
· Annually, complete panel cleaning, servicing, checking of ON/OFF operations in both auto & manual mode.
· Tightness check for bolt/nuts in busbar chambers & cable alley.
· Checking of power factor reading & efficiency of capacitors.
· Servicing of electrical draw-out ACB’s, Motorised MCCB’s, Soft Starters, VFDs, DOL & Star/Delta Starters.
· Replacing of broken door locks, damaged rubber gasket, rotary operating handles, burnt LED Lamps, Under Voltage coils & rusted hardwares.
· Reprogramming of DG Synchronising relay & PLC.
· Insulation resistance test conducted before & after High Voltage test.
· Total Panel re-furbishment if any.
· Any additional service required from your end will be considered on mutual acceptance.
Electrical Design Consultation :
